Hi everyone! Yesterday marked 1/10th of my completion of the 100 Days Goal programme. Ten days have gone by so quickly! I have to say, it has been a very good experience so far, although it could be because I haven’t started my part-time job yet! I am a piano teacher, but the majority of my students are on holidays, which leaves me with quite a bit of time for now.
My goal is simply to get my shop up and running! So if you’re interested in home decor, and embroidered bookmarks and greeting cards – something different, and a bit more exciting! – and you’re also passionate about the environment and charity work, then stay with me as I work my way towards the opening of my shop 🙂 Simply Follow this blog for updates!
What I’ve done to date (not in chronological order):
- Set up a Facebook page (it is not published yet as I am still tweaking it)
- Made a logo!
- Finalised my business name, Threddy Freddy
- Decided on the platforms I will be using (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and this website)
- Design and made some new products (not public yet either, please bear with me!)
- Read up on Etsy legalities
It probably doesn’t seem like a whole lot here, but I have been having this idea for the past two and a half years, and I think now is a good time to finally bring it to fruition. And I know that if I don’t do it now I am going to regret it down the road. So here I am!
As I mentioned earlier, if you’d love to accompany me on my journey, please Follow this website as I will be updating it every 10 days of the 100 Day Goals programme. If you’re doing this programme too, or if you’re a small business owner and would love to share some insights, please leave a comment!
Thanks for reading!
